My approach lives at the intersection of structure and intuition.

My working career has centered in a government context, leading initiatives in software development and project management. This work grounded me in a respect for process, planning and structure. It shaped how I show up now and instilled the importance of creating spaces and experiences that are client-centered.

Working in government has also deeply embedded a reverence for reconciliation in my life and work. As a representative of a colonizing body in British Columbia, I have had the opportunity to participate in courses and workshops focused on decolonization, and I remain passionate about continuing to learn, listen, and serve with greater care both personally and professionally.

I am an abstract artist and creative. My approach is to exploring energy, intuition, spirituality, and entrepreneurial spirit into my work and into the card deck I’ve created. The deck is a living, evolving body of work and is currently shared intentionally within one-on-one sessions.

Breathwork forms the somatic and ceremonial foundation of my practice, supporting nervous system regulation, emotional release, and embodied integration. Together, breath and intuitive guidance offer a grounded way to explore one’s inner landscape.

Above all, I am a proud mother to my beloved daughters, Byrdie and Sunshine. They continue to teach me about love, connection, nature and beauty which are my authentic code.

I reside on the unceded territory of the Lekwungen Peoples, including the Songhees and Xwsepsum Nations, and the Ts’uubaa‑asatx Nation.
